The view was great, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very comfortable. There was nothing negative in my experience. The hotel has an excellent location on the beach with balconies that overlook the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole experience was wonderful.

Balcony- ocean front, lazy river. Elevators shook. We had a very nice time. We would stay there again.

The hotel was everything we were looking for and I would definitely stay there again next year. Not to bad but the parking was kind of different but it still was ok. We had a great stay at this hotel first time ever coming to Myrtle beach. Will definitely be back and awesome stay. Enjoyed the hotel and sleep great when ever we went to bed will be back.

Great hotel for the price. Perfect for families. Horrible kids next door. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I actually have already recommended it my friends.

The staff was very helpful and was quick to respond to problems. We had to park in a deck a block from the hotel. When we arrived our check in went very smoothly and we were pleased with the room. N/A Hotel was complete dump. Parking is several streets away from the actual hotel. Everything in the room is installed backwards (i.e. turn to cold water to get hot water). Phones did not work.

Nothing. The beds were awful the staff was not friendly I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Make sure when you stay at a hotel on the ocean you ask for ocean front not ocean view.
